Mind Over Matter



I never like to give up an entire day to feelings of stress and spiraling* but this past week was five days of me saying “I’m so glad this day is over” and “I need a drink!” We’re in the end of the semester, and as you can imagine the the pressure is on. The days are filled with never ending readings, research, writing, and presentation preparation. To stay in a positive state of mind and remain focused on the big picture was nearly impossible. Somehow I managed to make it through the week without completely losing my mind. (Yay for the victories, no matter how small!)

So here’s to tomorrow’s fresh start. Let the end of semester countdown commence!
